By implementing the operation entitled “Modernization of Gold Hotel — rooms/staircases/corridors” already from April this year, our company expanded its accommodation base and tourist offer.
Operations Scope:

• Renovation of 14 rooms: demolition of partitions (which are not load-bearing walls) and
  restoration of new ones, wallpapering and painting walls, breaking parquet and removing subit (tar binder for parquet location), breaking carpeting; new screed, floor panels, location of carpet, new room equipment - furniture, buildings, curtains, televisions and decorative accessories; general renovation of bathrooms - new sanitary fittings, suspended ceilings (plasterboard); new lighting, replacement of fire detectors
  
• Repair of corridors: general renovation, parquet and carpet breaking, removal of subit; new screed and lining, wallpapering and painting of walls, new lighting, decorations, replacement of fire detectors, amstrong suspended ceiling
  
• Renovation of the staircase: partial wallpapering and painting of the entire walls, replacement of
  lighting, breaking of floor coverings and location of new ones, liquidation of radiators, replacement of fire detectors
